All cakes are handcrafted in accordance with Swiss food safety and hygiene standards, following the applicable requirements of the Canton of Zurich.

Our cakes are produced in a small-scale, handcrafted environment and are made exclusively to order.
They are not mass-produced and are intended for private events and celebrations.

Custom orders & design feasibility

All cakes are individually designed.
Custom requests are welcome and will be reviewed carefully.
Designs are subject to technical feasibility, ingredient availability, and time constraints.

Deposits & payments

A deposit is required to confirm all custom cake orders.
The remaining balance must be settled before or upon collection, unless otherwise agreed.

Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun.

Cancellations & changes

Order changes or cancellations must be requested at least 5 days prior to the scheduled collection or delivery date.
Changes requested after this period may not be possible.

Collection, delivery & responsibility

Cakes can be collected by appointment.
Delivery may be available within the Canton of Zurich, subject to availability and an additional fee.

Once the cake has been collected or delivered, responsibility for safe transport, handling, and storage passes to the customer.

Storage & weather conditions

Cakes finished with buttercream, ganache, or fondant are sensitive to heat and humidity.
We recommend storing the cake in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper storage or exposure to unsuitable conditions.

Our cakes may contain gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy.
While care is taken in handling ingredients, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
